Terms of Service 利用規約

Please read these Terms of Service completely before using ScreenTune.

1. License and Usage

ScreenTune is offered as a one-time purchase. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Software on supported macOS devices that you personally own or control.

2. Trial and Export Access

ScreenTune may offer a 14-day free trial. During the trial, all features are available. After the trial ends, export requires a paid purchase, while you may continue to open the app and review your existing work subject to product availability.

3. Updates and Support

Your one-time purchase includes 1 year of updates from the date of purchase. After that period ends, you may keep using the version of ScreenTune available to you at the time of purchase, but access to newer updates or upgrade rights may require an additional purchase or renewal. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis via email.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violating copyright laws by recording protected content without permission.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's applicable refund policies and procedures. We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but payment processing and order administration are provided through Lemon Squeezy as our merchant of record.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

ScreenTune をご利用になる前に、本利用規約をよくお読みください。

1. ライセンスと利用

ScreenTuneは買い切りのソフトウェアです。ご購入いただくと、お客様が個人的に所有または管理するサポート対象の macOS デバイスにソフトウェアをダウンロード、インストール、および使用する非独占的かつ譲渡不可能なライセンスが付与されます。

2. トライアルとエクスポート権限

ScreenTune では 14日間の無料トライアルを提供する場合があります。トライアル期間中はすべての機能を利用できます。トライアル終了後は、エクスポートに購入が必要となりますが、製品提供状況の範囲内でアプリを開いて既存の作業内容を確認し続けることができます。

3. アップデートとサポート

買い切り購入には、購入日から1年間のアップデートが含まれます。この期間終了後も、購入時点で利用可能だった ScreenTune のバージョンは継続して使用できますが、新しいアップデートやアップグレード権は追加購入または更新が必要になる場合があります。サポートはメールにて合理的な範囲で提供されます。

4. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁じます：

  • ソフトウェアのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブル。
  • ソフトウェアの貸与、リース、販売、再配布、またはサブライセンスの発行。
  • 保護されたコンテンツを無断で録画するなど、違法または権限のない目的でのソフトウェアの使用。

5. 返金

返金が行われる場合は、Lemon Squeezy の適用される返金ポリシーおよび手続に従って処理されます。返金申請は個別に確認される場合がありますが、決済処理および注文管理は Merchant of Record である Lemon Squeezy を通じて行われます。

6. 免責事項

本ソフトウェアは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も伴いません。当社は、本ソフトウェアにエラーがないこと、またはお客様の特定の要件を満たすことを保証しません。
